IMPORTANT UPDATE ON RECOMMENDATION: RAVITA IPO DT 13-OCT-2026

Please be advised that the research report and the accompanying recommendation previously published on this page regarding the RAVITA Engineering Services Limited IPO ( hereby now referred as “RAVITA”) were based on the financial data and disclosures available in the original Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) as of the date of publication.
A Corrigendum to the RHP has been issued by the company today i.e 13-Oct-2026. This corrigendum may introduce material changes to the data. Also revised bidding schedule mentioned as October 14, 2026 – October 16, 2026 (with Anchor Bidding on October 13, 2026).
Due to the short timeframe between the issuance of the Corrigendum and the IPO closing, it is not practically feasible for us to thoroughly rework the new data, update our financial models, and publish a revised, comprehensive research report. Therefore, our prior analysis and recommendation are based in previous data and should no longer be relied upon if there is material changes in corrigendum for making investment decisions related to this IPO.
